This is my own diy clock, it’s a plan how to build it up. If you have any questions, ask me, maybe I can help. The clock build up in 3 main sections, the 1 hertz source, the number motors, and the 4073 ic-s. It use for restart 10 seconds, and 10 minutes if they reach 6. If the clock reached 24 hour, it must be also restart. With 2 integrated circuit you can generate correct 1 herzt sign. The 4060 make 2 hertz with the oscillating circuit, and the 4013 flipflop divide it with 2. And here you get the one hertz sign. Here is the schematic, as you can see. For display numbers, the circuit use 4026. When it get an input, the number which show, will change 1 higher. And when it reach 10, send an input for the next 4026. So the clock count the 1 hertz signs from the oscillator. You must set the correct time, so the circuit have 2 buttons, one for minutes, and one for hours. If you push down set minutes, you send a 2 hertz signal from 4060 to minutes display 4026. The power supply is 5 volt, made with 7805 voltage regulator.

Kesler said he was initiated into the world of the paranormal as a teenager, when the confused spirit of a deceased neighbor visited his house and interacted with him. His paranormal research eventually led him into demonology and to houses infested with demons. During one investigation, he reported finding evidence of 12-inch footprints with claws after spreading talcum powder on a home’s hard wood floors. Kesler recalled hearing a ghastly shriek from a bedroom and found all of the furniture there turned upside down. Next, an “unearthly rumble, almost like something [was] breaking the time-space barrier, the fabric of known reality,” announced the arrival of what he described as a shadow person with glowing red eyes. A Catholic priest was contac ted to perform a blessing on the house and afterwards the demonic activity ceased, he added. Kesler confessed that he was shaken by his most recent case, as he may have inadvertently stumbled upon a possible link between 2012 and the demonic world. ICWA Research Group Launches Facebook Page

A group of researchers focused on educating the public about a controversial 1978 law known as the Indian Child Welfare Act has launched a Facebook community page to disseminate information surrounding the negative impact this law has had on children and families.
The Facebook page was created by Adam Meyer, a Virginia resident of Native American descent, after he read about the story of a 2-year-old girl in South Carolina who had been removed from a loving adoptive home after her biological father decided he wanted to raise her. The story has received significant coverage in the national media since January 2012, most recently by Anderson Cooper and CNN.
In that instance the biological father had signed away his rights to contest the adoption and later decided he wanted to raise the child, said Meyer. She was then removed from a home with caring parents who wanted to raise her from the beginning, with no transitional plan or process enacted.
Meyer began tracking that case closely which eventually led to spending many hours researching the ICWA and past cases where children had been removed from homes and placed in dangerous situations. This law has to be changed. It was originally designed to help keep Native American heritage intact, and since its inception it has done a tremendous disservice to many children it was intended to protect, said Meyer.
The group intends to keep its community page open for anyone to post information about personal experiences or opinions of the laws past applications. Our guidelines concerning visitor conduct are quite simple: conversations must be kept on topic, and no personal attacks, said Meyer.
The ICWA Research Group is composed of active members from across the United States and Canada who demand that childrens rights be protected and that their best interests are always considered in cases of adoption or custody. Tamils for Obama Meets with Assistant Secretary Blake, Asks Blake, Clinton to Push Self-Government Referendum in Northeastern Sri Lanka

Delegates from Tamils for Obama met with Assistant Secretary of State Robert Blake last February 29, 2012, and discussed matters important to Tamils in Sri Lanka.
We also handed him a copy of our Referendum in Sri Lanka to Gain Self-determination for Tamils, said a press spokesman for Tamils for Obama, It is modeled on the one that was recently voted on in southern Sudan, and which led to the creation of the new country of South Sudan. We hope for a similar referendum and result in northeastern Sri Lanka.
We also gave him a second copy which we asked him to pass along to Secretary of State Clinton. He promised it would be done, and immediately passed the copy along to a subordinate official to take to Secretary Clinton. This petition was signed by more than 31,000 people, Tamils and non-Tamils, said the spokesman. Tamils for Obama has been gathering signatures for this petition since last June.
Blake was accompanied at the meeting by three other State Department officials.
When we handed the petition to Secretary Blake, we commented that it was appropriate in a democracy to get the opinion of the people who will be affected by an official action, said one of the Tamils for Obama delegates who attended the meeting. We think that the consent of the people makes any subsequent action more legitimate.
We want to thank all those people who signed the petition, said the press spokesman. We think that if our effort is successful and a country of Northeastern Sri LankaTamil Eelamresults, this may become a historic document, and these signatures will be part of it.
