Print up flyers to hand to people with your problem and your name and phone number. Tell them you are happy to discuss how Apple has treated you. This is entirely legal. I don't think the store manager will ignore you.  Tell them you want to trade for a new replacement computer. You are not willing to be without a computer while they attempt to repair it. Good luck.
